What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will be charged 100%. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; after that, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show.

Do all professionals have the same booking policies?

Each professional is independent and maintains their own availability, client eligibility, pricing, deposits, and booking policies. You will see the applicable details on their booking site.
